According to CBS Denver, the Denver Police are looking for a driver who rear-ended a motorcycle, and then disappeared. The collision occurred late in the evening at 20th Ave and Little Raven. The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital by ambulance, although there was no word on his condition.

Have you or a loved one been injured in a motorcycle accident caused by the negligence of another driver?  Contact an experienced Denver motorcycle accident attorney immediately to protect your rights.

Motorcycle accidents can be incredibly dangerous, given the inherent lack of protection that a motorcyclist has compared to a passenger in a car or truck. In fact, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, over 4000 motorcyclists are killed in traffic accidents every year. Because motorcycles represent a relatively low percentage of total vehicle miles traveled (VMT) in the United States, the fatality rate based on VMT is higher for motorcyclists than for occupants of cars or trucks.

If you or a loved one have been injured in a motorcycle accident that was caused by the reckless or negligent driving of someone else, speak with an experienced Denver motorcycle accident attorney as soon as possible to discuss your options. Not only is Wade Eldridge an attorney who has dedicated his career to helping motorcyclists who have been injured, but he is a motorcylist himself, and thoroughly understands the risks and issues involved in riding. According to the Denver Post, two people were killed in separate motorcycle accidents west of Morrison Wednesday morning,.  In the first incident, the driver of a motorcycle lost control on I-70, and a rider was thrown off and died.  A few minutes later, another motorcyclist, approaching the crash site from the west drove into the back of another vehicle and was killed.  The Colorado State Patrol has not released the names of the people involved, as their families have not been notified.

If you have been injured or lost a loved one in a motorcycle accident, you need a Denver personal injury attorney who specializes in motorcycle injuries.

Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident – Colorado Motorcycle Injury Lawyer

Thursday, February 24th, 2011

KFSN-TV out of Fresno, CA has reported that a local man was killed in a single vehicle motorcycle accident on Tuesday. The 44-year-old, Brian Fulcher, apparently lost control of his bike and crashed into a roadway marker. In 2007, Fulcher had been interviewed by local news agencies after his girlfriend suffered serious injuries from a similar accident. His girlfriend, Irene Waltz, received treatment from a team of plastic surgeons featured on the TV show Dr. 90210 and has made a full recovery from her injuries. Waltz has yet to speak on Fulcher’s accident, which remains under investigation. There has been no indication of what may have caused the crash.

Spring is coming to the Rocky Mountains. Spring, of course, means riding season. Riders in Colorado enjoy months of sunshine and beautiful mountain roads on which to ride. Stories like the one above are sobering reminders of the dangers involved in riding. In 2006, 4,810 motorcyclists died in motorcycle accidents in the US. According to a USAtoday.com report, half “those killed lost control and crashed without colliding with another vehicle,” while nearly “42% of riders killed were not wearing helmets.” Serious riders are both aware of the dangers of riding as well as of the proper equipment needed to reduce the chance of serious injury.

If you or someone you know has been injured in a motorcycle accident, you need to speak to a knowledgeable and qualified Colorado Motorcycle Injury Lawyer who is a fellow rider, someone who understands your point-of-view. Wade Eldridge is both a rider and a lawyer and he will put his experience and knowledge of both to work for you. For a free consultation of your case contact Wade Eldridge today at (303) 861-4222.

Denver Motorcycle Accident Attorney, Wade Eldridge, Was Quoted in a CBS4 News Report – Denver Motorcycle Accident Attorney

Friday, July 23rd, 2010

Denver Motorcycle Accident Attorney, Wade Eldridge, was quoted in a CBS4Denver.com story investigating loud motorcycles and a 3-year-old Denver loud noise law. The “controversial” and rarely enforced law is an attempt to reduce noise emissions in the city and county of Denver. To date, only 46 tickets have been handed out to motorcycle riders for breaking the law. In comparison, police in Golden have handed out 81 tickets for noise violations in the last 6 months.

Wade Eldridge, who specializes in representing motorcycle riders in accident and insurance law cases and who is a rider himself, was quoted as saying: “I think it [the Denver loud noise law] was something the city council passed that they knew was unenforceable,” and suggested that “those who receive tickets in Denver or elsewhere” should demand trials.

If you have been injured in motorcycle accident or have a question or concern regarding motorcycle insurance law, you need an expert Denver Motorcycle Accident Attorney. Wade Eldrige brings both his experience as a lawyer and a unique perspective as a motorcycle enthusiast to his practice.
